A word from our leadership on where KAPCO came from — and where we are taking it.
When we started KAPCO in Tongi, the goal was simple: give Bangladesh’s garment exporters one supplier they never have to chase. Not the cheapest quote on the table — the delivery date that holds, the colour that matches the lab dip, the carton that survives the journey.
Over the years we have grown from a single line into six — sewing thread, polybags, gum-tape, corrugated cartons, duplex board and PET/rPET — because our customers kept asking us to take more off their plate. Every expansion started with a customer’s problem, not a machine catalogue.
Today the industry is changing fast: buyers want greener materials, tighter compliance and shorter lead times, all at once. We welcome that. It rewards exactly the way we have always worked — invest early, document everything, and never promise a date the factory floor can’t keep.
To our customers: thank you for building with us. To those we haven’t met yet — send us your tech pack, and judge us by the sample in your hand.
A confirmed date is a contract. The floor plans backwards from it, every time.
Every lot traceable, every check documented — before the auditor asks.
Less waste, greener materials, longer careers — the factory we hand over must be better than the one we got.
